While units do sometimes need to be replaced, sales commissions can tempt technicians to pressure customers into purchasing new units when older units can be effectively repaired. While new units are generally more efficient and cheaper to run, customers should not be pushed into replacing existing equipment before it is absolutely necessary. we always advises customers of their options regarding the replacement or repair of their equipment.
Many air conditioning companies carry or promote one particular brand, such as Trane, Rheem, Carrier, etc. We, at A-All Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. recognize that different customers have different needs. While the more expensive brands and models of cooling systems are generally more efficient than less expensive brands, they are not for everyone. For example, a homeowner who is planning to relocate in the next one to two years may not benefit, economically, from purchasing a more expensive unit. All Comfort informs customers needing new units about the different brands available and their corresponding prices. We then leave it up to the customer to select the brand and model which best suits his or her needs.
Nothing is worse than waiting hours for a repairman who is running late. Unfortunately, in the field of air conditioning and heating maintenance, it is not always possible to precisely predict how long a service call will take. For this reason, A-All Comfort always requests a phone number where we can reach our customers in the event that we get behind schedule. We make every possible effort to arrive at our appointments on time. However, in the event that we are going to run late, we contact our customers as early as possible to let them know.
There's nothing worse than having a salesperson call you when you're sitting down to dinner, expecting an important personal or business call, or putting a baby to sleep. A-All Comfort never solicits business over the phone. While we make follow up calls, to respond to inquiries and to insure that customers are satisfied with our work, we never make sales calls.
