  1. We offer annual and semi annual inspections (spring and fall). Any repairs extra.
     
  2. However, a 10%discount towards any and all repairs is included with the Silver Star Plan.
     
  3. Cost of Tune-up can be applied towards our Gold Star Plan.
     
  4. We offer full, Parts and Labor coverage contracts. Our Gold Plan includes a spring and fall inspection. Repairs covered 100% for total peace of mind and Gold Star Customers receive Priority Status.
     
  5. Contracts cover electric heat pumps, electric air-conditioners and gas-fired equipment.
     
  6.  Humidifiers and Off-Peak Storage Systems are not covered by contracts but can be serviced extra.
     
  7. Equipment must have received annual inspections by A-All Comfort during the preceding two years to be eligible for parts and labor coverage.
     

 
 

COOLING: (Spring)
  • Check refrigerant charge
     
  • Check air filters, clean if necessary
     
  • Check indoor and outdoor coils, clean if dirty
     
  • Check electrical connections
     
  • Check running voltage
     
  • Check and flush condensate drain
     
  • Inspect contactor points
     
  • Inspect capacitors
     
  • Check amperages of motors and compressor
     
  • Check temperature split across evaporator coil

 

HEATING: (Fall)
  • Check air filters, clean if necessary
     
  • Check coils, clean if necessary
     
  • Check electrical connections
     
  • Check voltage and amperage of motors and compressor
     
  • Lubricate fan motors
     
  • Check fan blades for tightness
     
  • Check amp draw of electric heaters
     
  • Check 1st stage heating
     
  • Check 1st and 2nd stage heating
     
  • Check low temperature cut off
     
  • Check defrost initiation and termination
